That's why I built Real Conversations: short, practical coaching on asking better questions, building real relationships and growing a business by serving your community. Deals rarely slip away over paperwork. They slip away in the first five minutes of a conversation, and skills like this can change quickly.

Members call LJ at (907) 330-7920 at the scheduled time; after three missed appointments a membership is canceled. Workshop dates are not reserved until LJ confirms; travel and lodging are not included. Coaching is offered by John LJ Kennedy independently and is separate from real estate brokerage services.
