I'm John Kennedy, and most people call me LJ. I'm proud to call Nine Mile Falls home. It's where my family lives, where my kids go to school at Lakeside, and where I've built my life and my business. Being rooted here isn't something I say. It shapes how I serve.
I bring 10+ years of real estate experience, a clear strategy and a steady hand to every transaction. That means showing up consistently, explaining every step plainly, and treating each purchase or sale like it matters, because it does.
Real estate is about more than contracts and closings. It's about helping families create stability, build wealth and find a place that feels like home. I know the schools, the neighborhoods and the everyday rhythm here because I live it with my own family.
Outside of work I stay involved with local nonprofits, youth sports and community events. I bring my tow-behind barbecue and 20-foot water slide to charity events at no cost. This community supports my family, and I believe in supporting it right back.
